I am an entrepreneur with a long-standing focus on helping people live pain-free, productive lives. I co-own one of Florida’s leading practices for arthritis and rheumatic diseases, and I spend much of my time at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, and AI.Over the past 25+ years, I’ve founded, led, and invested in startups across mobile, enterprise, and health tech. I co-founded and served as CEO of Scout Finance, a mobile equities platform that was acquired, and I was a founding investor in Tula, a probiotic skincare company later acquired by Procter & Gamble. I’m currently a Venture Partner at Surge Ventures, a fintech incubator, and an advisor to Exer.ai, which builds AI solutions for orthopedic and neurological conditions.I work closely with executives and Fortune 500 leadership teams on how to use AI, mobility, and clear go-to-market narratives to scale their organizations. I also tutor senior leaders one-on-one on using AI tools to enhance their daily work and decision-making.I hold an engineering degree from Stanford, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and I am a Truman Scholar. Beyond my operating and investing roles, I care deeply about workforce opportunity and education, including work in Harlem and support for scholastic chess.
