• Efficaciously worked towards driving operations & maintenance operations of Three Layer OBC Lines (Two Nos.) of Kolsite Make and One No. Windsor Make, and One IBC Three –Layer of Windsor Make • Optimized the Cost of the Product by developing formulations and improving quality.

Day to day operation and maintenance of Mamata make vega-800 and Cosmo make cutting machine also training of workforce for Om suntronics make slitting machine for faster and quality production. Installation and commissioning of Three layer Refeinhauser-Kiefel coextruder and GB goldstar make pelletizing machine. Successful running of Refenhauser- Kiefel multilayer plant as per products and maintaining quality standards. Also training of manpower on this machine. Advising the company to maintain production records & technical standards of the machine.

Actively involved in installation & commissioning of: W& H Machinery and Other utilities: Air-compressor (Atlas Copco), RO plant (Ion Exchange) Laboratory equipment: Dart impact tester, UTM tester, Off- line thick ness measuring(Octagon) Equipment. Slitting Machine (Titan SR-7) :Under took training on Slitting Machine (Titan SR-7 Model) and trained other colleagues and fresh apprentices. Started as Trainee Plastic Technologist at Kolhapur unit and later on deputed to Bangalore unit where worked as Production In charge. Independently handled the: Blown film Plant (D.G.P. Windsor) Four-colour roto gravure printing machine. Commissioning of plant and setting up regular production. Developed several suppliers for consumable products: Paper Cores, Corrugated Boxes, Master Batch, Inks, Solvents, etc. Played a key role in handling over of plant & machineries after completion of work Contract at KMF Pouch film plant in Bangalore. Successfully completed assessment of organisation for a period of 3 Years at KMF Pouch Film Plant Bangalore with over all responsibilities.
