The quote ‘Life is your talents discovered’, by Sir Ken Robinson, resonates with me deeply. Over the years I’ve strung together hobbies, such as writing, sketching, running, juggling, yoga, etc., that I had not envisioned previously. These hobbies have revealed unexpected talents or at least the ability to learn new skills. In much the same way, I’ve grown to appreciate that my career path has enabled me to develop skill sets across different functions. My career span includes leadership in Human Resources and Finance for over a decade, as well as Performance Measurement and Business Development early in my career. This has positioned me nicely to leverage my diverse professional experience and to partner with internal & external stakeholders on transformation initiatives, business analytics, workforce strategies, and performance management.
