Marine Engineer and Technical Superintendent with end-to-end experience in technical management, dry-dock execution, and cost control across tanker and dry cargo fleets. Graduated from Odessa National Maritime University (BSc 2014, MSc 2022). Started my career at sea and progressed to Chief Engineer before moving ashore into technical management. This sea-going background allows me to work with vessels not from reports, but from real operational understanding. Hands-on experience with Bulk Carriers, Tankers, Container, Car Carriers and General Cargo vessels, including complex dry-dock and takeover projects. Technical expertise includes: Main engines: MAN B&W MC/ME, MAK, Wärtsilä RT-Flex Auxiliary engines: MAN, Scania, Yanmar, Wärtsilä, Daihatsu Boilers: Aalborg, Mitsubishi, Kangrim (water-tube & composite) Deck cranes: NMF, MacGregor, Liebherr, IHI, TTS As a seafarer, completed 4 dry-dockings, followed by full dry-dock management ashore for Handysize, Aframax, Suezmax and VLCC vessels — from specification and yard negotiations to final repair invoice settlement. Shore-based responsibilities covered: Technical management of vessels in operation Budget planning, cost control and repair optimization Takeover of second-hand vessels, class transfer (RO) and flag change Attendance of Annual, Intermediate and Special Surveys, PCS and Vettings Crew technical support and critical spare parts procurement Today, I am developing PrimeHull Technical Management — a focused, hands-on technical management and superintendent service for owners and operators who value practical decisions, transparency and control over costs.
