During the pick period with high volume and shortage of warehouse associates, I met customer demand at the Ship Dock. Efficiently assigned warehouse associates and key supervising positions such as Process Guides and Ship Clerks. As a result, our team met the high demand of 100,000 to 110,000 units per day with a shortage of warehouse associates and high delivery accuracy of 99% (low damage and low level of lost packages). Worked closely with the "picking and packing" departments to significantly reduce the number of missing and damaged packages for 100 to 300 customers per day. Used different software to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to missing pallets for 800 customers weekly to deliver on time and meet customer expectations. Worked closely with the packing department to help prevent missed critical pull time, by efficiently organizing operations and giving correct instructions to the team to manage high volume at the Ship Dock to meet a daily target.

Worked with Process Assistant to help manage all shipments at the Ship Dock for 80,000 customers per day by acting as a Ship Clerk to plan loads around standard departure times, load flow control, and ensuring the proper trailer utilization.

Worked with the production department to manage inventory for $ 20,000 per day by coordinating with various carriers to avoid and minimize delays. Significantly reduce costs of construction materials by $5,000 per mount by identifying reliable suppliers to provide a constant supply with a fair price.
