- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed; - Development of internal projects such as improving frameworks, preparing demo’s and re-usable components on the newest UiPath features and assisting in the exploration and development of new opportunities for RPA solutions; - Creating SDDs in the Future State Design phase, that captures the target systems used for the process, exception details, security details, assumptions taken into account, runtime diagrams and also the settings, constants and pipelines used in the process; - Organizing and managing hours/ planning poker estimates in the Pre-sales and Future State Design phases; - Providing supervision and guidance to the development team; - Development of processes with a degree of stability, efficiency and scalability as high as possible using the latest technologies; - Planning, executing the UAT phase with needed adjustment and changes; - Creating TDDs and proceed with a handover to the customer support team if needed; - Setting the production environments for Hypercare and deploying the processes in production; - Monitoring, maintenance and improvement of production robots if needed.

- Creating development and testing strategies for RPA Robots which adhere to the customer business process automation needs, while also improving it whenever possible; - Development, testing and deployment attended and unattended robots leveraging Orchestrator and other technologies; - Monitoring of robots in production and addressing any issues as part of support and maintenance regular activities.
