I love working on building projects, and I get great satisfaction from seeing them through to completion, I have a history of completing projects on schedule and reducing project durations. I have received a Post Graduation Certificate in Construction Management from Conestoga College in Waterloo, where I first refined my abilities while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at NTC, Vadodara. My love for this industry also includes encouraging cooperation between clients, consultants, and subcontractors on both commercial and residential projects. I've also created labour schedules, handled financial planning, and put cost-cutting measures into action. Making thorough construction bids and estimates that guarantee cost estimations are exact is my area of expertise. Accurate cost estimates and efficient procurement procedures are guaranteed by my meticulous attention to detail. Project management, quality compliance, and change management are areas in which I thrive. I've helped produce effective project outputs because I have a talent for organising building supplies and making the most of project operations.
