Payment Systems – National Automated Clearing House – (Aug 2013 –Aug 2016) Testing and Implementation of NACH platform in Citibank India and was among the first 5 banks to go live in ACH Pan India. This involved implementing controls in ACH, implementing Aadhar based transaction processing for retail customers, developing bulk image based mandate verification under Optical Character Recognition Technology, constant briefings with TCS/ Odyssey Technology (tech vendors) on file based support etc. for ACH digital signature and file verifications. Clearing House CTS (Cheque Truncation System) – (June 2011 –July 2013) CTS Testing of Checkmark application for transaction process flow (Image Processing application). This involved testing end-to-end scenarios for Clearing Business regarding Checkmark Functionality/ Usage limitations etc. and conducting knowledge transfer session for the team, assisting the team with their queries related to Clearing Business and to test all possible control points in regards to Banking Audit or Compliance reviews.
