- Calibrated Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras on Fanuc-based autonomous industrial robots using custom acquisition scripts, achieving a 33% improvement in perception system precision. - Designed and automated the ground-truth testing framework to collect and analyze the placement accuracy via perception-driven robot motions, eliminating manual measurements and hugely accelerating validation workflows. - Streamlined and optimized the ROS-based perception pipeline by adding real-time health monitoring and debugging utilities, reducing diagnosis time and improving overall system reliability. - Developed and implemented calibration routines for production environments, performing hand-eye and mutli-cam calibrations on the robots during deployment.

Guided students of the Robotics Sensing and Navigation class on data acquisition using ROS/ROS2 and analysis techniques for various sensors like IMU, GNSS, RTK GPS, Camera and LiDAR. Also led discussions on core robotics concepts such as localization, mapping, path planning, computer vision, optimization, etc. and their state-of-the-art algorithms.

- Programmed the Arduino Uno and ESP-32 board interfaced with multiple sensors to devise several IoT-based automation solutions. - Developed an automated parking management system using the ESP-32 Cam to implement automatic number plate recognition and OCR to register license plates at entry and exit points. - Deployed ultrasonic sensors for determining slot availability at each parking space and continuously update the real-time database.
