NEOM OXAGON, comprise of industrial, residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial developments which include, Port, hotels, Residential units, and encompasses to attract over 100'000+ jobs, and dozens of sport, entertainment, innovation, tourism assets. Reports to the Project Controls Director- PMC. My key responsibilities include: 1. Lead the Infrastructure planning team in developing the Integrated Master Schedule for the site-wide infrastructure works identifying the key interfaces in close coordination with all stakeholders. 2. Establish the standard procedure for evaluation of the claims from the Contractor for Extension of Time. 3. Evaluation/Assessment of progress of all design and construction works in relation to site wide infrastructure for onward presentation to the Client. 4. Conduct periodic performance evaluation of the Consultants and the Contractors. 5. Formulation of the annual cashflow projection for management review and finalization.

My key responsibilities include: 1. Setting up of the Project Controls systems for measuring, and monitoring the progress for review by the Executive management. 2. Conduct review/assessment of Baseline program and Extension of Time (EOT) claims from the Consultants/Contractors and provide recommendation/determination to the client. 3. Provide needful support to the reporting team in setting up the standard templates and reports for onward Employer reporting. 4. Conduct evaluation of the progress and provide needful proactive notification to the stakeholders with regards to any impact anticipated on the schedule.

Projects handled 1. Dubai Expo 2020 (Design and Build)- Operations Pavillion 2. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City- Meydan District One which includes world’s largest manmade lagoon. 3. Construction of Traffic Management Centre- Intelligent Transportation System (ITS 2020) Client: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai 4. Jebel Ali Labor City, Client: Meraas Development 5. Serena Development, Client: Dubai Properties 6. ER Community at Dubai Land-Villanova, Client: Dubai Properties 7. Construction of Parking plot in Dubai Media City, Client: TECOM Investments Roles and Responsibilities 1. Review of the Contractors submission viz. baseline programs/ recovery schedules/ micro schedules etc 2. Conduct detailed analysis and assessment of the EOT claim notifications/ interim claim submissions from the contractor and prepare Engineer’s recommendation for Client. 3. Advise on all matters potentially contentious to schedule and undertake forensic evaluation of claims. Identify and evaluate the records and facts; support and advise on claim resolution and client defense strategy based on forensic program analysis. 4. Development of the MIS reports comprising S curves and cash flow curves, Work Front Charts, Dashboards, KPI reports and review the weekly and monthly progress update and report submissions from the contractor. 5. Pivotal role in review of the project progress in terms of schedule and cost. 6. Identify and advise all the team members of potential risks associated in the project and take contingent measures for the same and record/manage the project risk register. 7. Make periodic analysis of the work carried out and the advice the clients with commercial forecast for the following months. 8. Preparation of the project close out report, in close coordination with the project team

Role & Responsibilities 1. Preparation of the overall Level IV construction programme as per the scheduled duration, development of S curves, Work Front Charts,One pager reports, DPR’s, WPR’s and MPR’sTrack and update progress of works on bi-weekly basis. 2. Proactively observe the criticality in the project and alert the team members and other stakeholders of the same. Assist Project Manager with various project related inputs, contractual suggestions w.r.t FIDIC and generate reports for effective decision making and proactive follow up’s with various stake holders. 3. Conduct delay analysis (Window analysis) on a monthly basis and generate analysis report for client submission. 4. Preparation of EOT claim report and the revised baseline program for client approval. 5. Issuance of Monthly look ahead programs and monitoring of monthly achievements against planned progress. 6. Review of the subcontractors schedule/status reports. 7. Follow up of work performed by contractor as per approved procedures / contract. 8. Conduct EVM analysis and monitor the project health. 9. Liaison with the all stakeholders of the projects and submit the project evaluation report.

Role & Responsibilities 1. Preparation of Baseline program in Primavera (P6), track and update of progress in the master schedule on monthly basis. 2. Revision of the baseline program on client approval. 3 Preparation of Monthly work target based on the look ahead. 4. Updation of the Monthly Reports. 5. Interaction with the team on the critical activities. 6. Review of the subcontractors schedule/status reports. 7. Follow up of work performed by contractor as per approved procedures / contract. 8. Attend the subcontractor and client meeting. 9. Conduct delay analysis and preparation of EOT claim report. 10. Management of SAP-PS module.

1. Mobilization of the equipment and machineries in close consultation with the Project Manager and check the wastage/ over utilization of resources. 2. Manage the QA-QC checks in close coordination with the QC inspectors and engineers. 3. Coordinate with the MEP team, Architect and Site Engineers and clear all road blocks and ensure smooth progress of works. 4. Verification of the shop drawings before issuance of the same to Site Engineers. 5. Worked in close coordination with Planning and QS department to prepare look ahead plan, recording achievements, and facilitate the monthly invoicing. 6. Subcontractor management. Review and approval of their monthly invoices of suppliers and subcontractors. 7. Machinery mobilization, Tracking of the Material Delivery Schedule. 8. Attend the monthly site safety meetings in coordination with HSE department and take part in the decision related to safety aspects.

Courses covered: Law of Obligations, Arbitration Law, Arbitration Practice and Procedure, Procurement Law, Contract Administration, International Construction Contracts, Oil and Gas Contract Law, Theory and Principles of Conflict resolution.
