Team Leadership & Staff Management Leading operations staff, customs clerks, and logistics coordinators. Training employees on compliance and process efficiency. Ensuring productivity and workflow optimization. 5. Reporting & Performance Analysis Generating reports on operational efficiency. Analyzing shipment trends, clearance times, and costs. Reporting to senior management on KPI performance.
