In 2018, over a simple chai pe charcha with my life partner and now co-founder, Rachana, we asked a bold question: Can Ayurveda solve Fertility, PCOS, and Period disorders without surgery, hormones, or side effects? Before Gynoveda, I spent 20+ years scaling businesses across eCommerce, Travel, Finance, Telecom, and BPO, working with early-stage unicorns like Cleartrip, Jio, Acko, Sutherland and leading teams across India & Philippines. My execution mindset comes from frameworks like ISO, Six Sigma, COPC, PCMM which taught me how to build high-performance, systems-driven teams. But becoming a founder changed everything... I had to unlearn the corporate playbook and rebuild with purpose, empathy, and people at the center. That philosophy shaped our culture...
