In my role within the core management team, I am responsible for overseeing the defence business vertical, encompassing business development, project execution, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. I have Studied Aircraft Manitenence Engineering and hold more than Six years of experience in industry. Roles and Responsibilities for Defence and Aerospace Division:- o Overall Division Development: Spearheading the strategic development and management of the Aerospace and Defense division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. o Business Development: Leading business development initiatives within the Defence and Aerospace sector, including tender participations, customer coordination, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. o Responsible to ensure ‘Design Assurance System’ is in compliance with regulatory and organization requirement. o Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities such as RCMA (Regional Centre for Military Airworthiness) and DGAQA (Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance), overseeing product certification, qualification testing, and approvals. o Customer and Design Coordination: Serving as a liaison between internal design departments, customers, and regulatory authorities, facilitating communication and coordination to meet project requirements and regulatory standards. o Quality Management: Ensuring compliance with AS9100D quality system and other regulatory requirements, exercising the role of Management Representative (MR) to oversee quality management processes and procedures. o Procurement and Logistics: Monitoring procurement and logistics activities for domestic and international operations, including sourcing components from OEMs, vendor development, logistics management, and customs clearance.
