I started my career with Mafoi Management Consultant Ltd as a recruiter and worked there for two years. Then I joined a similar firm named TeamLease Services Pvt Ltd. Here I used to handle entire Gujarat and looked after staffing business and outsource services (my major role was to do recruitment for outsource employee, process their payroll, training, induction and backend operation) for two years and six months. After this I joined Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. Initially I did recruitment for the new upcoming branch in Gujarat, critical hiring for all the branches (critical profile like Branch Manager, credit, operation, collections and sales team). I was transferred to Pune after completion of one year. At present I am handling HR functions for rest of Maharashtra (recruitment and selection, induction, performance management, employee engagement activity).
