I have been elevated as Director Finance and IT for the region. Will look after four countries Spain, Poland, Denmark and India. Will be based out of India and shuttling between the countries.

LM Glasfiber is market leader in rotor blades for windmill. Indian operations has a turnovwe of around Rs 5000 MM and an employee base of around 1000 + people. I am heading the finance and IT function reporting to the MD and the Group CFO.

Ltd., 100% subsidiary of BP Plc, is among the Top 10 Fortune 500 Companies and has been set up as a company to venture into various energy sector opportunities in India. * The Accountabilities: *  Establishing proper system and controls enabling the business a silent running in a startup environment. *  Designing & implementing procedures for the organisation. *  Tracking performance, forecasting and reporting them constantly. *  Handling Cash Flow Management and Treasury Operations. *  Negotiating with vendors for extracting right value for the business. *  Conducting Statutory and Internal Audits

* The Accountabilities: *  Spearheading a team of 20 employees & handling Finance Planning and Analysis for the Group in India. *  Managing all the Accounts, Finance, Statutory Audit, publishing of Quarterly, Half-Yearly and annual results, US GAAP reporting & Asia-Pacific Reporting. *  Monitoring Sarbanes Oxley compliance & reviews, location financial controls of around 40 locations spread across India. *  Ensuring Tax Compliance all over India & Compliance with Company Secretarial requirement of the Company. *  Conducting Statutory Audit, US GAAP Audit & Internal Audit. *  Responsible for Finance Planning and Analysis for the Group in India.
