I specialize in Autonomous Software i.e. Software that can act on it's own without any human dependency. Just like Self-Driving Vehicles (with level 4 Autonomy) that can make their own decisions (Steering, Braking, Accelerating, changing lanes, self parking etc) to get from point A to B, Autonomous Software can take up goals, make plans and take actions on it's own to engage, qualify and book appointments with customers. My vision is that of an autonomous future where Autonomous Software (aka "Self-driving Software") can take up the role of a Virtual Team member and communicate with customers just like a real person and engage them in two-way conversations to handle objections, book test drives, set up calls and book appointments and involve Human Agents to perform specialized tasks that machines cannot be easily 'taught'. This is similar to Amazon Warehouses where all the monotonous tasks are done by Robots and humans operate and supervise them. We are currently working with some of the largest Automotive Dealers on use cases such as Vehicle Buy Centers, Sales and Service.
