Virginia (Gina) Wilson retired from TIAA, a Fortune 100 global diversified financial services with over $1 trillion in assets under management, where she was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; she was a member of its Executive Committee and Risk Management committee, and chaired TIAA’s Asset Liability Committee as part of her responsibility for its finance and actuarial functions, oversight of its insurance company general account, corporate real estate and sourcing. Prior to TIAA, she was Chief Financial Officer of Wyndham Worldwide and Chief Accounting Officer for its former parent, Avis/Budget Group (Cendant). Before that she worked in a series of finance roles at MetLife and Transamerica. Her career began in the assurance practice of Deloitte, which she left as a partner after almost 20 years. Across her corporate and professional roles, she has worked across diverse industry sectors, participating in numerous M&A, spin offs/divestiture transactions and other corporate lifecycle events. She has extensive knowledge of information technology, risk management, internal audit, and governance matters. She serves as an independent director of Carrier Global (NYSE:CARR, Governance Committee Chair and Audit Committee member), a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration and fire safety, and of Charles River Laboratories (NYSE:CRL, Audit Committee Chair, member of Governance and Compensation committees), a product and service provider in support of clients' research and drug development efforts. She formerly served as a director and Audit Committee Chair for Conduent Incorporated (NASDAQ:CNDT), a global business services company, 2017-2020. Her public service commitments include over 15 years serving as a trustee for Catholic Charities of New York, and earlier roles as director for Wellnest/fka Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic (former Chair), March of Dimes and other local nonprofit organizations.
