Virender Singh is mechanical graduate engineer and has a rich experience of 29+ years in the Automobile Industry, specifically in Quality Assurance, Quality Management System, Manufacturing, Supplier Development, New Product Development, Head Metrology & Lab, Intelligent automation – Industry 4.0. He is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015; Supplier Lead Auditor for IATF 16949:2016; Assessor for CII EXIM Bank Award- Maturity Model; certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CII ‘s Certified TPM Facilitator. Mr. Singh has completed UK module of Advance Manufacturing Programme on Industry 4.0 at Warwick University, UK. He has hands on experience of heading Quality Assurance Departments and as has been a Management Representative for Japanese, European and UK based MNCs in India. Currently leading CII national level movement on Intelligent Automation – Industry 4.0 (LCA & DRA) across India, instrumental in successful launching & driving national competitions on LCA & DRA and He has established and implemented world class QMS, EMS, IMS systems and World Class manufacturing practices i.e. TPM & Lean Six Sigma, in multiple automotive companies, many of which have started as Green Field Projects. He also has international working exposure in China for manufacturing excellence projects while leading & managing Supplier Development Projects (Electrical Bike) in Taizhou, China. Mr Singh is also a certified Master Trainer for ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect) certification scheme implemented by the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. He has imparted pan-India ZED Assessor training program to Certification Body Auditors and ZED Consultant Trainings to Industry Professional, trained 550 + professional (Zed Assessor / Consultants) through 5 Day Zed Assessor / Consultant Training program.
