 Manage company’s Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) certification and recertification process.  Prepare Company QHSE training budget.  Set direction and lead by example to embed a positive QHSE culture.  Conduct incident/accident investigation to find the root causes to identify proper correction and corrective actions. Data collection, compilation and analysis for performance evaluation and continual improvement  Ensure compliance with legislation and company policy by notifying top management of any deficiencies, and remedial action required.  Perform the QHSE audits for various locations and ensure an action plan is established to address issues identified.  Implement effective QHSE arrangements, which includes Risk Assessment, Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment.  Preparation and analysis of Safe Practices at work site. Initiate and institute a schedule of job site inspection, observation thoroughly equipment, material handling and personals hygiene.  Encourage continuous improvements through relevant training, coaching and monitoring to develop and motivate employees to meet and exceed companies and customers’ expectations.  Provide housekeeping operational support and maintain discipline of all housekeeping staff within remit and area of responsibility.  Ensure that service contractual objectives (KPI’s and SLA’s) are disseminated to pest control staff and appropriate actions are completed in a timely manner.
