Building AISuraksha - a decision intelligence platform for insurance claims, helping insurers, TPAs, and claims platforms make faster, consistent, and audit-defensible decisions. AISuraksha enables claims teams to: • Reduce medical audit workload • Shorten claim turnaround times • Improve consistency and defensibility of adjudication decisions The platform integrates document structuring, medical necessity validation, billing checks, and adjudication support - with fraud detection and FMU/RFI compliance embedded directly into workflows. Currently working with insurers, TPAs, and InsurTech platforms on proof-of-value evaluations and early pilots. Member - Indian InsurTech Association

• Eliminated duplicate entries in paginated data by resolving cache inconsistencies with cursor‐based pagination in the feeds service. • Designed and deployed load testing infrastructure on EC2 using Locust; simulated 100k users and benchmarked feeds service at 15-20k RPS. • Identified and resolved 503 errors during peak loads by analyzing Grafana dashboards, Kibana logs, and tuning Kubernetes auto scaling policies.

• Designed a Worker Pool system for concurrent translations processing, optimizing performance under high request loads. • Implemented multi lingual semantic search with Cohere Vector Embeddings & Postgres, replacing MarqoDB, reducing costs by $3600/year. • Developed a real‐time notification service with Golang & Web Sockets, deployed it as a Cloud Function, increasing user retention by 4%. • Built an analytics dashboard in Nodejs to track KPIs like DailyActiveUsers, MonthlyActiveUsers, aggregating queries over Google Firebase and Postgres.

• Worked on enhancing the in‐house cryptography software by implementing Leader Election using Raft, ensuring High availability across a cluster of 3 nodes. • Contributed to the server side development in Golang for our in‐house Quantum Key Distributor, focusing on building APIs and bug fixes. • Modified the Golang Mux server to handle gRPC calls (non‐blocking).

• Developed a custom utility in Golang to generate globally unique IDs for video files, addressing the challenge of unique id generation in distributed systems. • Profiled Golang code for the platform, implementing optimizations that improved CPU utilization by 25%. • Enabled support for multiple RTSP camera streams using Flask(Python), enhancing real‐time video processing capabilities.

• Involved with Backend Engineering tasks, primarily high level System Design, Database Schema Design, building the API’s and Devops using Python. • Led a team of 5 engineers to develop an HR management application using Django(Python). • Served as a Tech Lead for a team of 3 engineers for building a Data Engineering pipeline on AWS using Python. • Modernized a legacy Fintech system, enhancing functionality and performance, using Scala. • Built Micro‐services for modernizing cloud services using FastAPI(Python), improving scalability and maintainability.
