Trained as a verification specialist speaking to hundreds of leads with the goal of ensuring the highest quality of service for a nationwide financial adviser network. Worked with the CEO to create executive dashboards to efficiently display data for all teams, crucial to efficient performance and task management. Simplified the integration of a new phone system and customer relationship management (CRM) platform to improve efficiency and data management. Shadowed the Junior and Senior accounts managers to gain an introduction into the profession of financial planning.

Performed usability study for Zopa Mobile App with a design firm to support the product team. Gained first-hand experience at understanding app navigation complexities and the difficulties of communicating features to users. Developed requirements for the internal customer service platform by interviewing key teams within Zopa. The work proved to be crucial to transfer customer service to the Sales Force Platform.

Analyzed accuracy of data captured from the Curb App on all platforms (iOS and Android) in New Relic. E.g booking and cancellation events Create New Relic Dashboards to summarize usage data, e.g rides (hailed, accepted, and canceled) by the hour. Dashboards used by Engineers to fix the data delay between the app and the Curb New Relic Server Worked with Paypal to kick-off Paypal integration into Curb Platform.
