Working on a case team within my consulting club to advise CDI Management, conducting a comprehensive analysis of the company’s website and digital presence to strengthen brand visibility among prospective students and their families. Researching the student housing market, identifying opportunities to enhance SEO and online marketing efforts, and developing strategic recommendations to improve website functionality while maintaining simplicity and ease of use. Evaluating social media growth opportunities and proposing strategies to increase consistent brand exposure and position CDI as a trusted provider of student housing for USC students.

Worked on a case team within Core Consulting Group to advise BUFFS, an early-stage healthy snack startup, conducting market and competitor research, identifying go-to-market challenges and opportunities, and developing slide content and strategic recommendations for launch and brand positioning.

Director General of the Doon School MUN
Served as Director General of The Doon School Model United Nations (DSMUN), one of India’s most prestigious student-led MUN conferences, known for its scale and academic rigor. Led the planning and execution of the three-day event, hosting 600+ delegates from schools across the country and oversees. Oversaw all logistics, committee direction, delegate training, and crisis simulations. Managed a 40-member student team of the MUN secretariat across content, operations, and outreach, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality debate. Played a key role in innovating committee formats and enhancing delegate experience. The role strengthened my leadership, organisational, and diplomatic skills under pressure.

Editor in Chief of the Doon School Yearbook
Appointed Editor-in-Chief of The Doon School Yearbook, a prestigious student leadership role overseeing the school’s official annual publication. Led a team of 30 across writing, editing, and design to document the school’s academic, cultural, and extracurricular life. Spearheaded the photography, designed layouts, edited content, and introduced innovative content formats and visual layouts. Managed timelines, coordinated with departments, and mentored junior contributors—balancing creative vision with execution. The role strengthened my leadership, design, and editorial skills while providing hands-on experience in publishing.

School Prefect
Selected by School Leadership to serve as a Prefect of Jaipur House, entrusted with supporting the pastoral, academic, and personal development of over 120 students. Collaborated closely with the House Captain and other prefects to foster a disciplined, inclusive, and high-performing house culture. Took initiative in streamlining student support systems by mentoring juniors, mediating interpersonal conflicts, and ensuring active participation in school and house activities. Played a key role in organizing leadership training sessions, house events, and welfare initiatives aimed at promoting student well-being and accountability. This position sharpened my skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and team management, while also deepening my understanding of student needs within a residential academic community.

Served as Round Square Council Secretary at The Doon School, representing the school in one of the world’s leading global student leadership networks focused on internationalism, democracy, environmentalism, adventure, leadership, and service. Spearheaded student-led initiatives aligned with Round Square IDEALS, organized local service projects, and facilitated intercultural exchanges with member schools worldwide. Selected to attend the 2022 Round Square International Conference at Oxford University, where I engaged with student leaders from over 50 countries, participated in leadership workshops, and contributed to global dialogues on sustainability, equity, and youth empowerment.

Interned at Subros Ltd., India’s leading automotive thermal systems manufacturer, where I worked on a Value Engineering and Value Addition (VEVA) project focused on optimizing the TXV (Thermal Expansion Valve) used in car AC systems. Analyzed the TXV across design, sourcing, and assembly to identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining performance and quality. Proposed design simplifications and supplier-based alternatives in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams. As an extension of the internship, independently authored a detailed research paper and technical documentation on the TXV VEVA project as part of a passion project, synthesizing engineering insights with business impact analysis.
