• Heading the team of Design & development - LED Driver • To Design & Development of LED Drivers/SMPS/Power Supply as per BIS & IEC standards and customer requirements • To design the LED lighting products as per BIS & IEC Standards i.e. to design standard LED lighting products • To deal with vendors • To develop vendors (Electronic components, Transformer designing vendors etc.) • To discuss with the team on the problems related to R&D, Design, Development, Concept, Field analysis etc. and provide the solution

• Designing & Development of LED lighting products like LED Tube light, LED Bulb, LED Down light, LED Bollard, LED Street light, LED Solar Home Lighting system, Solar Street Lighting System, LED bulb, LED Pathfinders, LED Bollard Lights, LED Table lamps etc. • Accountable for Designing and Development of Control Gear (Electronic Ballasts) for T5 & T8 Fluorescent tube lights & luminaires as per BIS, IEC & EN standards etc. • Worked on the LED TUBELIGHT & LED BULB as per RDSO specification • Validation of products as per BIS, IEC standards • Measurement and analysis of reference samples of lighting products • Developing the schematics of different circuits and analyzing them • Release of product documentation including BOM & specification list etc. • Analysis and solution of problems faced in manufacturing • Analyze field problems and to take corrective actions • Evaluate and release alternate components , sources and designs for cost reduction • Good knowledge of components
