Supports and troubleshoots hardware and software test operations/measurement. • Supports and troubleshoots engineering test operations/measurement. • Manage inventory of ECMs, Bench Harnesses, Benches (Analog/Manual, ACCEPTS, LUIS), DMM, Oscilloscopes, Waveform generator, Connectors, CANalyzer, PEAK, INLINE etc. • Maintain Licenses for INSITE, Calterm, Cuty, NI etc. • Maintain equipment calibration log, utilization log, issue log and provide monthly summary report to management. • Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness to changing work needs and willingness to undertake new tasks as they become evident; initiates, develops, leads, and participates in improvement projects. • Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. • Manages own work and maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet the demands of priority work; participates in self- and team-audits and associated corrective action; plans and engages in continuous learning in order to be prepared for changing work demands. • Performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to get the job done. • Understanding of basic electronics. • Experience with handling controls interfaces with engine ECMs and instrumentation. • Handling Oscilloscopes, CAN analyzers, load benches, simulators etc.

• Planning and executing the preventive and condition-based maintenance of engine test beds. • Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time-critical repairs. • Problem identification, trouble shooting and equipment issue resolution and repair. • Engine test bed and vehicle wiring harness trouble shooting and repairing. • Industrial computers trouble shooting and repairing. • PLC trouble shooting. • Working with Dot net applications of ECU flashing and vehicle diagnostics. • Handling Communication breakdowns between PC, PLC and Server. • Knowledge of HS+ and HSX interfaces.

Key Deliverables: Project Management □ Strengthen the CNC MACHINES, ROBOTICS (ABB & FANUC), PLC. □ Various Energy Savings projects like installation of VFD to ICOM. Machinery □ Makino a51, a61, a71 CNC MACHINES with Fanuc controller. □ Fully automation PLC based cylinder head line. □ Icom washing m/c with ABB robot for (HE &PAX). □ Icom washing m/c with Fanuc robot. Key Responsibilities □ Maintenance planning & execution of machines & Equipment’s on basis of zero breakdown concepts. □ Preventing maintenance plan & attacking breakdowns. □ Monitoring performance through parameters like MTBF & MTTR. □ Maintaining DAILY WORK MANAGEMENT format. Maintenance / Troubleshooting □ Identification & planning of the spares required for machine maintenance. □ Carrying out preventive & time base maintenances as per scheduled for reducing breakdown. □ Find out the root cause of breakdown and eliminate it by implementing kaizen or update checkpoint in preventive maintenance. □ Ensuring the 100% equipment availability through PM. □ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Engine Assembly Line includes PLC based (S7-200 & 300) systems, Conveyor, Hydraulic Press Machines, etc. TPM Implementation  Training, coordinating TPM implementation and improvement related maintenance operations; driving TPM activities on shop floor.  Implementing energy conservation projects on various machines through JH, KK, PM activities with outright focus of reducing failures and establishing basic condition of equipment.  Monitoring plant maintenance operations for higher management and ensuring implementation of 5S activities in various shops.
