Developed microservices using Spring Boot for HRMS, Payroll, and Admission modules with secure REST APIs. Integrated Apache Camel for seamless data synchronization between SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases in real-time for biometric attendance and payroll processing. Configured HashiCorp Vault and Spring Cloud Config Server for secure externalized configuration and secret management. Implemented Spring Security and JWT-based authentication for employee and admin access control. Used Kafka and RabbitMQ for event-driven workflows like payroll triggers, admission status updates, and email/SMS notifications. Built frontend with React.js and Bootstrap for an interactive web interface used by HR, Finance, and Admin departments. Containerized services using Docker and deployed on AWS ECS Fargate, with logs and metrics monitored via CloudWatch, Grafana, and Prometheus. Configured CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to automate testing, Docker image builds, and deployment to the dev and production environments.
