* Exposure in various audits such as: * Statutory Audit and Tax Audit of Public (Listed) / Pvt. Ltd. Companies. * Internal Audit of Public Ltd. (Listed) Companies. * Capitalisation of fixed assets and other corporate assignments.

* Responsible for preparation and filing of Income tax, TDS, sales tax, service tax returns. * Attended successful completion of IT & Sales tax assessment for various types of assesses. * Conducted bank audit independently and submit the report to the banker.

Responsible for financial reporting, month end closing, quarterly & year end audits, technical accounting, management reporting, audit. Monitoring financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon. Keeping a tight control on project spending and finding the reasons for variances and suggesting remedial measures. Consolidation of books of accounts and prepare consolidated financial reports under GAAP & IFRS at group company level for the top management and statutory audit.
