Responsibilities • Assume complete responsibility of envisioning & implementing the Policy Admin System & Channel Management System. • Conducting the GAP analysis of proposed products with stakeholders. • Plan monthly steering committee meetings to review progress. • Responsible for BRD documentation with BA team and ensures the completeness of business requirements. • Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders for BRD,FSD review and sign-off • Develop a test strategy and publish the test plan. • Ensures the test packs are documented from Business users as well as Business Analysts. • Project Tracking and monitoring, also ensures milestones of projects are being reached on agreed timelines. • Micro managed the integration with multiple system to avoid risk and residual risks. • End to end support of UAT to line managers and subsequent sign-off. • Conduct Vendor performance review meeting and track their timely Pay-outs. • Evaluation and Shortlisting of Testers, BAs as per project need. • Manage & Review the backup and restoration checks of multiple environments. • Ensured effective usage of Version Management Control Tool • Update Project status in PMS system and send the weekly status reports to all stakeholders. • Co-ordination with Legal team for NDA and MSA for proposed on boarding of new business partners and closure. • Documentation of justification notes for new projects and change requests and circulate to CXOs further principal approval. Project: Policy Admin System (Ingenium) Technology: MF COBOL, Path Finder and IBM DB2 Summary Ingenium is the Core Policy Admin system implemented at Avantha ERGO Life Insurance Company. Project: Channel Management System. Technology: Java, Jboss, MS SQL 2012. Summary Channel Management System (CMS) Manages sales hierarchy, Agent registration, licencing, Movement, commission, incentives, targets & KPI’s fro Sales & Distribution team.

• Assuming responsibility of Project Lead for Implementation of Ingenium Rehosting POC at Royal Bank of Canada for TCS. • Discussion with Onsite project team on Project deliverables. • Ensuring implementation of POC as per agreed scope. • Assigning tasks to other team members within team. • Ensuring completeness of MOT post Bug Fixation. • Completion of Project Management related activities in Project Management System.

Responsibilities As Project Manager • Spearheading and assuming ownership for Implementation of Projects in Policy Admin System (Ingenium). • Manage a large team of Programmer analyst outsourced from various vendors working on New Implementations/ enhancements in the existing Policy Admin systems and Production Support/upkeep of systems. • Identification and making process innovations and automation to improve service levels and for improving turnaround times, headcount savings, productivity improvement and better controls. • Stakeholder interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects. • Assigning work to team mates. Keeping Track of the same. • Responsible for doing User Requirement Analysis in details with Functional Team. Providing High Level estimates for the UR. • Responsible for studying & analysing functional specification documents. • Providing Detailed Level Estimates, Deigning & Monitoring for all the projects.
