R1: Procurement • Achieved A&P storage spend optimization targets of 10%-20% cost reduction by liaising with business units and third-party vendor. • Coordinated 2022 premium leveraging (via higher volume, size and design optimization) for various brands to achieve competitive cost per unit. R2: Customer Supply Chain • Project: Supported MYSG & Global Automation initiative to improve E20 & ZRR tools adoption by customers. Project: Petrobras MERO 3 FPSO operated under MISC. • Participated in conceptual study, FEED and detailed design work as process engineer. • Acted as COMOS superuser on behalf Process discipline. Handled COMOS training sessions for engineers, COMOS manpower planning, troubleshooting, and supervised database reorganization. • Coordinated with other engineering disciplines/departments (piping, mechanical, structural, instrumentation, safety, telecommunications etc.) to improve COMOS database. • Performed process hydraulic calculations for separators, heat exchangers, pumps, scrubbers and control valve sizing. • Performed HYSYS to update base case simulations, and created side simulations for flash vessel optimization study.
