Drives strategic capacity planning initiatives for Singtel's global infrastructure and Datacentres, from forecast to execution. Managed and motivated a team of Fibre Planners, Field engineers, Fiber and Civil contractors to deploy Fiber infrastructure and pipe laying works (civil works). • Project managed the deployment of fiber cables and civil works at 65 outdoor sites after overcoming Regulatory challenges and infrastructure bottlenecks. •Project managed the deployment of 5 Fiber Ring Networks at Key strategic buildings.

Managed a team of Fiber Call Centre Operators and Fiber field engineers for the daily management of Fiber fault tickets and delivery of Dark Fiber orders. • Improved the SLA run rate closure of fiber tickets from 64% to 98%. • Managed 8 major cable breakdown incidents and all incidents have been restored within 8 hours. • Worked with internal bidding team to win Dark Fibre contracts from MICROSOFT and AMAZON.

Developed budgetary and technical framework to introduce new system & metrics to monitor the performance of fiber network. • Prepared, managed and monitored an $8 million CAPEX. • Negotiated contracts and evaluated proposals with vendors. • Worked with cross-functional teams to develop project requirements and attain approval to deploy Remote Fiber Monitoring System (RFMS) and Intelligent Fiber Rack (IFR). • Presented RFMS and IFR to C-suite & IMDA. • Designed and Presented Contractor Score Card to VP-suite.
