At Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, I managed Infectious Diseases and Apheresis in the Department of Transfusion Medicine. My tenure at Pathnet India saw me advancing from Scientific Officer to Lab Manager in a joint venture of Gribbles Australia & Dr. Reddy’s Lab. At Dr. Lal PathLabs, I held roles ranging from Business Development Manager to Operations Manager, significantly impacting business growth. In Kenya, I managed operations at Medanta Africare, driving pathology business growth and operational efficiency. My role at Quest India involved leading national field operations, logistics, rapid response labs, and employer business sectors. I hold a Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from PTU, a certification in Laboratory Quality Management System & Internal Audit Training (ISO 15189), and a Diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT. I have been honoured with the Apollo Efficiency Award, Excellence in Patient Care Award, and recognition for Blood Donation (104 times) by Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, Chairman of Apollo Group of Hospitals.
