-Managing end-to-end recruitment, internal hiring, and offer management for on-roll and off-roll employees. -Handling complete BGV, onboarding, documentation, and employee record management in HR systems. -Drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment/joining letters, salary slips, relieving letters, and experience letters. -Marking and maintaining employee attendance records. -Overseeing full employee lifecycle management from joining to exit formalities. -Serving as the single point of contact for all HR operations and employee support while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

-Reviewing resumes, conducting initial calls to assess fit. -End-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients. -Focuses on hiring candidates for IT & Non IT both. -Finding candidates through job portals, Naukri, Job hai, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. -Creating clear, attractive, and role-specific JDs. -Scheduling client meetings, candidate interviews, and managing calendar invites. -Ensuring timely communication between candidates and clients for a smooth hiring process.

During my training period, I was deputed to the Corporate HR Department, where I undertook a project focused on "𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏".
