- Supported large-scale commercial headquarters project (600,000 sq. ft.), managing submittals, RFIs, ASIs, permitting, and procurement workflows to ensure compliance and timely approvals. - Partnered with MEP consultants, subcontractors, and project managers using Procore and PlanGrid, driving coordination across commercial, residential, and public works projects to control budgets, contracts, and scheduling. - Led QA/QC inspections and punch list execution, holding contractor meetings and conducting site visits to resolve field issues, reduce delays, and deliver projects on time and within cost.

• Generated construction documents and building models using Revit for commercial, residential and hospitality buildings. • 3D laser scanning to generate data for MEP documents using Point Cloud. • Using building codes to propose alterations and renovations in existing buildings.

• Worked on a campus renewal project by providing new space, furniture & interior standards using AutoCAD. • Coordinated with architecture firm/ consultants and compiling optimum spatial standards for architectural design development.
