Responsibilities: The work responsibilities with Abhijeet Ferotech Ltd is mentioned below, 1) Procurement for Power Plant: Looked after the EPC activity of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Packages for 1*300 MW and 4*270 MW Thermal Power Plants, which involves floating tenders, online bidding, discussion with vendors in terms of price, payment terms, taxes, subcontracting, exports benefits, bank guarantees, insurances, supply of material, commissioning of plant, enco-terms, price escalation, LD, etc. 2) IT Procurement: Looked after the procurement activity of IT packages such as Cyberoam, Primavera, OP Manager, Cisco L3 Switches, Motorola Digital Radio Sets, etc. Working as a Person In charge for large IT procurement packages, also involved in analysis of upcoming technologies in IT, Ex – Reengineering Cartridges for Printers. 3) Rental Agreements & Contracts: Was the person responsible for Renewal and Preparation of all office rental agreements in assistance with the legal department. Work involved discussion with vendors in terms of norms such as locking period, security deposits, termination of contracts etc. 4) Procurement for Admin & Security: Looked after the Annual Rate Contracts (ARC), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with best possible negotiation. 5) Architecture Work / Sale of Office furniture & Fixtures: Looked after the procurement activity of office furniture & fixtures for renovation as well as new construction of offices, with assistance of architectural and civil teams. Also, involved in sale of old office furniture & Fixtures, which includes study of internal costing, tax saving at the time of sale, biding for said work, etc.

1) Part Time Work Experience: 3 Months Part Time Work Experience with M/s Tungsten Marketing and Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur in Commercial/ Procurement Department. M/s Tungsten Marketing Deals in Railway Tenders and Contracts. 2) Summer Intern: a) Completed one month industrial Internship at MELGHAT COLD CHAIN PVT.LTD., Nagpur in Summer 2011. b) Completed one week industrial training at VINAYAKA ISPAT, Wardha, Maharashtra, India. 3) Minor project: Assisted in designing of the insulation system for Cold Storage (Melghat Cold Chain Pvt. Ltd).
