The International Business Centre (IBC) is a business support center for executives and companies operating or interested in entering the Mexican market. Each of the IBC Desks provides support to the community of the country it represents, bringing together industry experts, who know the dynamics of the Mexican market. The Desk Brazil is an initiative of PwC Mexico, and is intended to be a business support centre for executives and Brazilian companies operating or interested in entering the Mexican market. My responsibilities included: - Build key business networks and relationships with C-Level executives of Brazilian companies in Mexico. - Build and management of relationships with the most important Brazilian institutions, both in Mexico and Brazil e.g. Embassy of Brazil in Mexico, Pro Mexico, to build business networks for the firm. - Lead the account management and sales activities with Brazilian investments in Mexico across industries. - Support in delivery of entry market strategy and commercial success strategy for international companies looking to enter Mexico. - Co-responsible to write the Brazilian publication about how to invest in Mexico.
