1. Monthly production planning of 23 factories, matching commercial demand with the capacity of each production unit; 2. Follow-up of Adherence/Productivity and Yield KPI's for factory management 3. Follow through daily reports extracted from SAP the production plan 4. Balance capacity to demands; 5. Replicate products toother plants, in order to seek better service level/supply 6. Monitor the release of new products with the development center; 7. Elaboration of the annual and strategic production budget 8. 1. Carry out the monthly production schedule for 11 factories, matching commercial demand with the capacity of each production unit; 2. Monitor through daily reports extracted from SAP the production flow of each unit to comply with the established weekly production plan; 3. Balance capacity for demands, follow up with MRP, reschedule delivery times, managing stock of data, thus ensuring the execution of what was foreseen in time, right quantity and with the correct resources; 4. Analyze, during the cycle, service opportunities for extra requests from the commercial. Make an extra round along with the MRP for the purchase of inputs; 5. Together with the 11 production units, perform weekly production adjustments and their respective production orders, connecting Factory and S&OP/Market; 6. Monitor the release of new products with the development center; 7. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for improvement in the area's processes, through the analysis of results and monitoring of program and planning deviations;

1. Schedule production in order to meet the production plan according to the demands requested by commercial and corporate planning; 2. Reprogramming of birds to seek the best service and equalize the deviations caused by the performance curve and slaughter of the birds; 3. Comply with KPI's such as volume deviation and production adherence 4. Closure of daily and monthly yields 5. Follow-up of accompanied production (Egypt)

1. Control of supply of materials (MRP Planning), aiming to achieve production agreed with corporate team. 2. Analyze the needs for materials in order to ensure the correct supply of the factory with the objective of always keeping the stock of materials at the appropriate level, avoiding the lack of materials for the production or overstock issues 3. Process MRP and analyze purchasing needs with corporate planning in order to meet direct materials; 4. Follow up deliveries with together corporate MRP
