Led a team of over 45 professionals across FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting functions. Managed the group’s banking strategy by establishing relationships with multiple financial institutions and implementing structured financing facilities, resulting in reduced interest spreads and extended debt duration. Implemented zero-based budgeting across group companies, established cost centers with budget-versus-actual monitoring, and ensured accountability by assigning financial oversight to responsible managers in each area. Formalized and enforced financial policies, including credit and collections, accounts payable, use of derivatives for foreign exchange hedging, approval authority limits, and cash flow forecasting and monitoring. Oversaw the group’s first external audit process, conducted concurrently with a full inventory count.

Led a team of over 30 professionals across Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Procurement functions (Rede D’Or Group). Managed relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and shareholders. Oversaw a revenue growth of approximately 750% during the period, while implementing financial policies and leading a system migration to Protheus (TOTVS).

Consulting firm focused on M&A projects. During these more than 5 years at ROE Capital, I concluded dozens of finance consulting projects, valuations, and business plans of companies from diversified sectors, in addition to important M&A transactions.

As the M&A manager, key responsibilities involved: (i) conducting initial meetings with owners and executives of potential targets, (ii) operational and financial analysis together with the M&A team of Patria to support board decisions, (iii) leading due diligence process, (iv) negotiation with sell-side advisors. During this period, concluded the acquisition of the leading distributor of medicines in the south region of Brazil and analyzed several opportunities of investments.

Responsible for developing economic models, including viability analysis, valuations, M&A and DCM marketing materials, such as teasers, pitches, and info memos. Additionally, I was responsible for interactions with shareholders and investors.
