Development of strategic supply chain plan, acting as the focal point for Brazil in a multi-country project. Leadership of technical and administrative personnel, such as inspectors, engineers, analysts and third-party companies. Responsible for the expediting plan and for the results of this activity regarding strategic suppliers. Focal point for international and national clients regarding topics of supply chain management.
