Main Activities: Performance in Robert Half's Finance division; taking upon myself the responsibility for the recruitment and selection of professionals across all hierarchical levels. This includes in areas of Finance, Administrative, Legal, Human Resources and Personnel Department. As well as carrying out the entire cycle of commercial prospecting, recruitment, and selection. This ranges from commercial strategy, customer visits, preparation of commercial proposals, general preparation and closing of contracts; alignment of job profiles/descriptions, dissemination and attraction of candidates, technical and behavioural interviews and making professional references, until the conclusion/admission of the process/professional. •Experience in seeking professionals through searching databases, LinkedIn, and various advertisements. •Market mapping, as well as job and salary alignment. •Preparation of indicator reports to control: Personal performance, billing, number of open vs. closed positions, control of the candidate matrix, among others. •Commercial Activities: Contract negotiations, attracting and retaining customers. •Participation in the preparation of the annual salary guide released to the market. •Training of new consultants.

Main Activities: •Coordination and review of audit procedures that support the issuance of an opinion on the Financial Statements. Responsible for the planning of audit work, risk mapping, preparation of internal control tests, analysis of the IT environment. As well as the execution of substantive procedures to ensure accounting balances, review of work performed by assistants and trainees. Along with the management of economic aspects design and review of financial reports, people management, coaching and feedback. Experience in integrated audit of publicly traded multinationals, such as Vale S.A and Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A, with the issuance of CVM and SEC reports. Along with tax audit and internal controls and systems (SOX) teams. Knowledge in BR GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. Main clients: •Vale S.A., Vale subsidiaries in Brazil and abroad, Gefco (Logistics), BRMalls (Retail), Generali (Insurance), TAP Airlines and others. Principais Atividade: •Realização, coordenação e revisão de procedimentos de auditoria que dão suporte na emissão de parecer sobre as Demonstrações Financeiras. Responsável pelas atividades de Planejamento dos trabalhos de auditoria, mapeamento de riscos, elaboração de testes de controles internos, análise de ambiente de TI, execução de procedimentos substantivos para asseguração dos saldos contábeis, revisão dos trabalhos executados pelos assistentes e trainees, gestão dos aspectos econômicos do projeto e revisão dos relatórios financeiros, gestão de pessoas, coaching e feedback. Experiência em auditoria integrada de multinacionais de capital aberto, como Vale S.A e Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A, com emissão de relatórios CVM e SEC.
