Business Development & M&A: Support Sembcorp’s market expansion in Vietnam by identifying growth opportunities and managing the full M&A process, including deal origination, asset valuation, cross-functional due diligence, and risk evaluation. ​Commercial Operations: Perform commercial analysis to support all issues relating to contractual rights and obligations, ensuring stable and optimal asset performance. Serve as a member of the Supervisory Board for Sembcorp’s first hydropower asset, overseeing compliance with corporate charters and local regulatory requirements ​Strategic Research: Evaluated the competitive landscape of Vietnam’s renewables sector, providing actionable insights on legislative changes and policy updates to safeguard and optimize business operations.

- Investment: Evaluate short-term investments and strategic M&A opportunities aligned with Gelex’s goals, focusing on infrastructure (power, water), industrial manufacturing (construction material, electrical equipment) and real estate (residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality) - Business strategy: Research new markets and business segments that complement Gelex’s model - Financial Reporting: Maintain the group financial model for capital market use and deliver periodical macroeconomic and industry updates to support management decisions.

- Covered three distinct sectors: industrials production (steel, plastic, cement), construction, and power generation (hydropower, coal-fired and CCGT). - Initiated and developed investment ideas, with a focus on value-investing opportunities.
