I am joining Holland & Barrett as Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Holland & Barrett Board. - Set up the Tax function - Set up Tax Policy, Process and Strategy for the Group (including Board presentation and sign off) - Wrote and implemented Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Policy for the Group in the UK and internationally - Successfully claimed significant reimbursement under RDEC scheme for the Group, growing 30% YOY

• Reduced year end Financial Reporting timeline by 40% through efficient processes and 100% on-time reporting • Influenced Senior Management to purchase Oracle Hyperion PBCS and led the implementation team • Transformed Budgeting and Forecasting Process across the wider finance team by introducing more rigid controls, timelines and compliance • Developed internal corporate structure involving writing transfer pricing agreements and creating new processes and systems for each entity • Implemented a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program and delivered it to the Business Support Function on a number of finance topics and financial controls over the financial year
