Project: EPIC FOR FEED STREAM INTEGRATION AND INSTALLATION OF FISCAL METERING SYSTEM AT NGL MESAIEED- QATAR ENERGY Successfully executed installation, integration, and commissioning of three fiscal metering skids for condensate, propane, and butane custody transfer. Managed transition from Emerson prover to Emerson Coriolis flow meters for propane and butane to enhance accuracy and compatibility. Oversaw instrumentation including Rotork MOVs, pressure (PT), temperature (TT, TI), level (LT), flow transmitters (FT), flow control valves (FCV), and gauges, integrated with ABB and dual Allen-Bradley PLCs ensuring system redundancy. Conducted shutdown activities including control valve overhauling, calibration, functional testing, and loop checks to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance during plant turnaround. Ensured strict compliance with project specifications, Aramco-approved standards, and international codes including IEC, NEMA, and NEC through close coordination with client inspectors and thorough review of IFC, RLM, and layout drawings.
