- Designed test actuators, gearboxes, and direct drive motors for design validation of new gearbox and bearing geometry using Onshape - Created drawings and ordered high precision actuator parts, including GD&T controls - Prototyped, built, and iterated based on failures cycle test setups for clockspring internal wiring solutions to be used in new actuator versions - Designed, iterated, and optimized a high strength structural component for a humanoid robotic arm experiencing extremely high dynamic forces - Tested, compared and improved multiple transmission methods for actuator remoting for stiffness and backlash, including belt, chain, and four-bar linkage

- Designed and concepted novel kinematic concepts for a scalable, lightweight, low-cost robotics system, created URDFs for simulation and Solidworks mockups - Developed end-effector concepts for new robotics systems, utilizing a combination of suction and complex manipulation, created pneumatic operation system - Worked to improve robot components by modifying/retrofitting to reduce weight - Implemented BLDC Moteus motor driver electronics and wrote controller code

- Independently researched, designed in Onshape, and manufactured pneumatically powered assembly and measurement jigs and fixtures for evaluation and creation of commercial product prototypes, systems based on which became production fixtures - Modeled prototype product parts and designed, tested, and iterated on a complex thermoformed cover for Form 4 resin tanks - Proposed, prototyped, tested new measurement/validation methods for CTQ product specifications/dimensions, used Python to facilitate improvements to data processing, analysis, and visualization - Used in-house manufacturing resources: SLS/SLA 3D printers, milling machine, lathe, waterjet, thermoformer, laser cutter, to build own designs for jigs and fixtures

- Researched new process methods and machines for manufacturing and prototyping of hot-runner molds, including additive DMLS, and combined subtractive machines - Assisted with mold installation, metrology inspection, and process development - Researched and compared dot peening marking machines for labeling molds - Reached out to suppliers/manufacturers and got quotes and specifications.

- Facilitated and assisted with running and organizing of summer camp programs - Performed building maintenance, created activities, and other tasks
