In 2022, I launched and developed Synolia’s Canadian subsidiary, with the ambition of establishing a solid foundation for a North American presence. Market targeting, legal setup, commercial structuring, recruitment, and offer adaptation, a 360° entrepreneurial mission, full of learnings in a highly competitive environment. Despite strong commitment and sustained efforts, the initiative did not deliver the expected results, leading to the closure of the agency. A demanding, formative, and valuable experience that I carry forward.
