Job description: 1. Order Inline inspection Control 20 factories’ order planning and produce procedure, check each supplier’s capactity/consumption for sourcing considering; check paper pattern/ Workmanship and sewing line instruction for quality control  Held PP meeting for high value/big quantity/adv orders  To reduce risk in quality part to assure the bulk reach standard.  Communication with buying team about order status and change for workmanship  Solve and follow buying team complaint for orders  Company EU technician and buyer to do fty visit and supplier sourcing 2. Factory Audit  Checking their product quality control, workmanship, working environment, appearance of factory building if they can reach our requirement for supplier  Discussed with the factory manager and merchandiser about the need improvement points  Explain our requirement about factory quality control system and SOCAM. 3. Inspect the bulk before shipping according to AQL

Fitting samples(80%)  Attend buying meeting, discussed with the buyer and supplier for technical comments.  Fitting the samples send by supplier, add our comments about fitting, workmanship and test requirement, send to EU for approval;  Communication with the EU technician, discuss about the size spec, measurement, workmanship suggestion and so on.  In-lining checking and technical support for big quantity, new supplier and adv. orders. 2.
