Review of business unit annual FBT packages and preparation of FBT return for Australian entities, including reportable fringe benefits summary for payroll purposes; review of NZ quarterly FBT returns. Review of Australian and NZ monthly GST reports/GST Returns, Instalment Activity Statements and NZ provisional tax payments, quarterly interest and royalty withholding tax calculations and remittance to tax authorities. Preparing tax effect accounting calculations including current and deferred taxes for Australian, NZ and Fiji account disclosures and reporting of FAS109 U.S GAAP calculations. Co-ordinating of various ATO reviews for the business in Australia as well as Tax Office review in New Zealand. Attendance to various tax queries and preparation of a detailed Tax Governance Policy.
