Experience with Bioanalytical Assay development/validation and outsourcing for regulated work to support GLPs and clinical studies. Early Clinical Pharmacology activities including bioanalysis, PK analysis, and human ADME studies.

Preclinical DMPK project representative across various therapeutic areas(CV/atherosclerosis, diabetes, asthma) spanning both drug discovery and development. Broad bench expertise ranging from in vitro metabolism to in vivo disposition studies including qualitative and quantitative LCMS applications.

Intern position focused on mechanistic in-vitro toxicological experiments to determine inter-species differences and mechanism of hepatotoxicity in the rat, dog, and monkey animal models with a Mitsubishi compound in clinical development.
