• Train the managers & consultants on the knowledge of the concept • Support new managers with the understanding and implementation of the concept and business processes, identifying training needs • Ensure new branches have fundamental knowledge of the way we work and why, identify any areas for improvement and introduce appropriate mechanisms via L&D, to support a smooth transition • Support the branches to align with the concept • Support L&D with the effective implementation and delivery of training to support the introduction of the concept in the new and existing branch network • Coach and engage operational staff/managers on how to apply the Randstad concept • Undertake any other task, deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by Line Manager • Audit the organization on the concept implementation • Audit the organization on the quality of working processes • Advice the Operations Director and the local management team on concept issues • Propose improvement of the existing processes • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to relevant field management and head office department heads • Identify opportunities for improvement by branch, area and on national level • Progress chase outstanding actions, identifying any areas that require further support • Translate international best practices to a national level • Develop the concept based on the client’s service needs and our efficiency needs • Submit pro actively best practices to the Strand Sharing Best Practices and/or Prof BCD Holding • Look at best practice in the organisation and develop into the concept /training • Support the Training and Business Concept Development Team in liaising with Functional and Operational Managers on developments that impact the Randstad concept

·Participate in key business activities, identify potential opportunities and setup strategies. ·Consolidates the business relationship by keeping in close communication and cooperation with clients. ·Conducted effective service process consulting to client in fields of recruitment. ·Developing key account resources, designing custom-made total recruiting solution for clients to meet needs. ·Derive with improvement measures based on co-ordination with the client. ·Managing and supervising the team to the task, achieve sales targets. ·Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies and goals, consistently review performance of team members, lead and encourage team to achieve sales target. ·Focusing on manufacturing, auto, and other traditional industries.

·Management the recruitment resources, channels. ·Prepare project plan, manuals and promotional material for BPO project. ·Assess, monitor and prepare report regarding the process and resource evaluations after each project activities.
