Supply chain management of POS (OEM) and household appliance (JDM). Managing cost and material supply in terms of various business model。 In charge of worldwide top2 POS provider: Verifone as OEM model and household application as JDM model. Analyzed BOM cost structure and conducted cost reduction plan. Ensured correct acquisition cost was implemented and reached cost saving target. Estimated 1.5% saving to POS programs, and 4% savings at household appliance in 2019.
