At CDM Smith, I provided quality assurance and civil engineering oversight for more than 150 USAID‑funded infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems, solar installations up to 7 MW, and diesel power generation facilities. My role encompassed design review, supervision, project management, and close‑out, ensuring compliance with ASTM, EN, and ACI standards. As Operations Manager with the René Moawad Foundation, the largest and most active NGO in Lebanon, I led a sustainable infrastructure program that mapped 184 municipalities and improved livelihoods for over 31,500 households. I strengthened operational efficiency by reducing reporting errors by 30% through improved coordination and mentoring of field teams, while ensuring projects aligned with donor requirements and community development goals. My role combined consultancy and management, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery to maximize impact across diverse communities.

Served as a consultant and QA engineer on multiple USAID‑funded programs, including the BALADI initiative and the Lebanese Water Project. With the René Moawad Foundation, the largest and most active NGO in Lebanon, I designed and supervised projects such as the renovation of the Qadisha grotto trail in Bcharre, a 150m³ elevated water tank in Talya‑Baalbek, and the rehabilitation of a food drying facility in Aarsal‑Baalbek. As QA Engineer with Dar Al‑Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners, I oversaw the execution of the Lebanese Water Project, rehabilitating reservoirs in the Metn area and installing district meters and more than 30,000 customer water meters. In addition, I hired and led multidisciplinary engineers to deliver detailed drawings, budgeting, technical specifications, tender evaluations, and construction supervision for both donor‑funded and private sector projects. My consultancy extended to managing residential and commercial developments from concept to handover, including civil, architectural finishing, MEP works, and structural rehabilitation of small‑scale properties.

At La Constructa, I delivered turnkey residential, commercial, industrial, and educational projects, including the construction of the USEK Medical School in Byblos, Concorde Hotel in Beirut, Krikita Factory in Hsoun. I supervised more than 50 direct skilled laborers and over 10 subcontractors, resolved over 50 design conflicts to avoid $500K+ overruns, and applied value engineering to recover delays and achieve cost/time savings. My role combined site supervision with technical coordination, ensuring architectural finishing, interior fit‑outs, and façade treatments were executed to high standards and client satisfaction.

At Sarooj Construction, I managed the construction of service roads and staff accommodations for the Musandam gas and power plant. I coordinated site engineers and supervised more than 50 skilled laborers and 20 heavy equipment operators from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, ensuring effective collaboration and progress across civil and utilities works. My role required strong conflict resolution, cross‑cultural leadership, and detail‑oriented supervision to deliver infrastructure supporting one of Oman’s strategic energy facilities.

Reconstruction of Mudeirej Bridge, Lebanon Owner: US Embassy Team for Lebanon Reconstruction (USETLR) Project description: The bridge was partially destroyed in Lebanon’s July 2006 war. The bridge is composed of two closely parallel structures. Each structure consists of one continuous unit made up of a total of eleven (11) 40 meters span; each span consists of three precast concrete girders and a cast in place diaphragm on each side. The piers height is up to 70 m. As a result of summer 06 bombing, the south structure has to be demolished using the implosion technique then reconstructed. Regarding the north structure, one span has to be replaced and two piers have to be rehabilitated and strengthened using fiber Wrap technique.
