* Roles and responsibility: * Attend to Internal and External audit quality review (Eg. ACRA authorities equivalent). * Involved in preparation of proforma and reporting accountant’s letter for capital market * transaction. * Involved in proposals to bid for new audit engagements and involved in fee negotiations. * Mentor and assess the job performance of employees ranging from 3 to ten employees. * Review hedge accounting and computation of fair value of financial instruments. E.g. * interest rate swaps and cross currency swaps. * Review and compute fair value of free warrants and Employee Share Options Scheme * using the Binomial valuation method. * Prepared and presented at listed client's accounting conference “Finance transformation”. * A committee member to implement and provide training for new data analytics software. * Review the Company’s announcements, audited financial statements and statement of * internal control.

* Roles and responsibility: * Attend to audit quality review by ACRA regulator. * Involved in proposals to bid for new audit engagements and involved in fee negotiations. * Mentor and assess the job performance of a team. * Provide trainings to staffs. * Review the Company’s announcements, audited financial statements and statement of * internal control. * Maintain a portfolio of approximately 30 clients

Handle audit engagement at Assurance Division for public listed companies. Exposed to company with various industries: construction, property development, airport management, direct selling and etc. Team lead of group audit engagements, involved in audit planning, execution (includes identify accounting and audit issues), review, audit engagement wrap up and accounts finalisation as well as provide guidance to team members (a team of more than 6 members) and monitor the audit engagement.

Given the tasks to audit active companies with minimum supervision and at times lead the subsidiaries' engagements independently. Assist in auditing a Company which is in a highly specialized industry. Perform test of controls and statutory audit for a public listed companies with many subsidiaries.
